Classes

The Sports Club gives you access to all of our fitness guided classes. All classes are drop-in; you don’t need to book a class in advance or commit to a particular activity on a regular basis.

Piloxing with Cristina

A non-stop interval fusion of Pilates, Boxing, and Dance to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina

Pilates with Rania

This workout focuses on building a strong core (belly, stomach and back) and on improving posture and balance/stability by performing exercises including standing, sitting, kneeling and lying down positions.

Circuit Training with Richard

Alternating moderate-intensity exercises to build strength and muscular endurance

Yoga with Alice

A mix of stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises. Based on different styles of yoga from vinyasa (active) and hatha to yin (very slow). Open to all levels and abilities. Alice makes sure you feel welcome and offers alternatives when needed. 

Yoga with Veronica (afternoon)
