The Sports Club gives you access to all of our fitness guided classes. All classes are drop-in; you don’t need to book a class in advance or commit to a particular activity on a regular basis.
Piloxing with Cristina
A non-stop interval fusion of Pilates, Boxing, and Dance to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina
Total Body Workout with Lennie
This workout starts with a warm-up, followed by 35 mins of cardiovascular exercise on the step while learning an easy-to-follow choreography of 3×32 counts, and finishing with leg, abdominals, back and chest muscle training. Experience with step is required.
Pilates with Lennie
This workout focuses on building a strong core (belly, stomach and back) and on improving posture and balance/stability by performing exercises including standing, sitting, kneeling and lying down positions.
Yoga with Roos
A mix of stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises. Based on different styles of yoga from vinyasa (active) and hatha to yin (very slow). Open to all levels and abilities. Roos makes sure you feel welcome and offers alternatives when needed.
Yoga with Helen
A mixed approach of De Gasquet and Vinyasa Yoga
Zumba with Susana, Miriam and Elisa
A fun cardio exercise that combines Latin-inspired dance
Circuit Training with Richard
Alternating moderate-intensity exercises to build strength and muscular endurance
Gym Body Balance with Petra
A blend of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga exercises.
